DESCRIPTION:
Deco 20 Seal is a waterproofing membrane made by Deco Products. It is an advanced hybrid acrylic resin coating. It is specifically designed for the demanding requirements of waterproofing foundation walls. This includes parged and non-parged masonry, pre-cast and poured concrete. On non-parged masonry walls, DECO PRIMER must be applied prior to the application of Deco 20 Seal. Because of the water-based nature, this product can also be applied to ICF forms. Deco 20 Seal is designed for use as a waterproof coating when hydrostatic pressure caused by the water table does exist.

New construction: Waterproofs and seals masonry, pre-cast and poured concrete foundation walls. For approved applicators.

Deco 20 Seal waterproofing materials have been independently tested and approved by the International Code Council, a trusted organization that sets standards for building construction. This product has been used in the industry for over 25 years and has a proven track record of protecting foundations from water damage.

► ASTM C 836, Section 6.9 Remain in place during application (film thickness)
► ASTM E 96, Water vapor permeance (transmission)
► ASTM C 836, Section 6.12 Extensibility after heat aging
► Additional Testing Outside the Scope of AC 29
► ASTM E 154, Section 13 Resistance to decay
► ASTM D 2565-1999, Color fastness of surface coating
► ASTM D 3273-94, Resistance to mold growth of surface coating
WARRANTY:
Deco 20 Seal is warranted as specified from date of C.O. (Certificate of Occupancy).

Aside from their sealers it is impossible to beat their customer service. If you need help on a job they are there to walk you through it in person.
