Product Description

DAMP PROOFING DESCRIPTION:
DECO 20 Dampproof Coating is an alternative material replacing bituminous products. It is approved for dampproofing of masonry block, pre-cast, and poured concrete foundation walls. On masonry walls, DECO 20 Clear Penetrating Concrete Sealer must be applied prior to the application of DECO 20 Dampproof Coating.

FOUNDATION DAMP PROOFING USE:
New construction: Dampproofs and seals residential masonry block and concrete foundation walls. Deco 20 Dampproof can be applied to ICF and styrofoam forms.

New & existing construction:
Dampproofs and sealsmasonry parged block, pre- cast and poured foundation walls. Apply DECO 20 for foundation damp proofing with a hand pump sprayer or airless sprayer (do not exceed 100 PSI when applying) until wall is saturated. Do not repeat as the product is water based and will repel its self once it is applied. DECO 20 can also be applied to the interior side of basement foundation walls.

WARRANTY:
ENTIRE FOUNDATION WALLTO BE SEALED FROM TOP OF FOOTER TO TOP OF FOUNDATION WALL.
DECO 20 is warranted as specified for a period of not less than three years from date of application.
